Packing material should be removed from the Center during the Show.  Decorations must be fireproof.  Crepe paper is forbidden by order of the Quincy Fire Chief. Exhibits should not be disturbed or dismantled before 4PM , Sunday, March 2.  Dismantling of exhibits before closing time is unfair to other participants and to those attending the show.  Violators may forfeit their space option for the 2008 Home & Living Show. All exhibit materials must be removed from the space on March 2, 2008 by 8PM.

Advertising and promotion at the show site is limited to the confines of the booth of each exhibitor.  Stereo system, microphones, horns, or other loud noise-making devices should not run at levels which disturb neighboring exhibitors. Direct selling of food and beverage items in the booth must have prior approval and meet show policies.

Exhibitors are cautioned to remove cash receipts from the building on a timely basis.  Exhibitors are reminded that it is illegal for WGEM to broadcast any promotion involving prize, chance and consideration.  We can do a more effective job of promoting your booth if contests do not require purchase or obligation. The WGEM Home and Living Show is a unique promotional tool for your business.  Advertisers benefit by face to face meetings with new segments of the market, by the extensive promotion surrounding the event, by reaching thousands of people who hear about your business and services through our continuous live coverage, and high focus our stations give to the event. The Home & Living Show is Quincy’s largest and most well attended exhibition each year.  We hope you will join us for this outstanding community event
